Unsplash
Unsplash had become one of the most popular free stick image sites for personal trainers because of its huge database of more than 300,000 images.
While not all of the images are health or personal trainer specific, they do have a dedicated ‘health’ category that makes finding professional stock images for your personal trainer website.

Pexels
Pexels are on a mission to “Empower Creators”. Their library so far is pretty small with only 40,000 free digital photos but each photo is individually categorised making it super easy to find what you’re looking for.
Furthermore, Pexels handpick their photos so their library of stock images isn’t littered with too much fluff.

Deposit Photos
Deposit Photos is the only paid for stock image site in the list but for good reason. It’s our stock image library of choice here at My Personal Trainer Website and the site we turn to for all of our fitness website design when a PT needs a little extra added to their site.
Their library of fitness photos is absolutely massive. Overwhelming at times so their search function is also really useful. With a flexible plan that starts at $9.99 for 10 high res images, you could sign up for the month, get all the images you need and then unsubscribe.
If you’re a Managed Website client, we’ve got your back.

StockSnap
StockSnap is the lesser know stock image library within the fitness industry which is a shame because they have a huge library of personal training and fitness images.
Just keep in mind that Stock Snap also shows some Shutter Stock images within their library which are paid for stock images. They’re highlighted quite clearly but it can be a little distracting.

That’s It
Be sure to check the fine print and make sure you have the right permissions to use the images as some sites ask for attributions.
While there are loads of other free stock image sites for personal trainers out there, a lot of them don’t have as many or as high quality photos in their libraries as the sites above
